5 W H I T E C O L L E C T I O N ALA / ONDA / PLANO Ala, Onda, and Plano are three gourmet collections designed by famous designer Defne Koz, with the idea that the plates are a stage and the ingredients used in the meals are the actors on this stage. Defne Koz describes these three collections as a challenge or encouragement for professional chefs or amateur food enthusiasts, saying “Since we have provided the best stage to celebrate the most special recipes, please surprise us with your creativity in those beautiful meals of yours.” Üç gurme koleksiyonundan oluşan Ala, Onda ve Plano, Ünlü Tasarımcı Defne Koz tarafından tabakların birer sahne, yemeklerde kullanılan malzemelerin ise bu sahnede yer alan aktörler olduğu düşüncesi ile tasarlandı.
